Documentary
We visited the 311 recording studio in Hollywood, CA for this interview Aaron “P-Nut” Wills, bass player for the band 311. The setting is the main recording studio. I had about 45 minutes to get everything setup, including cameras, lighting and audio. The inherent visual interest in the scene made it easier, but still this was a quick setup.
Aaron talks about a range of topics, including this clip in which he describes how his dad came out as gay.
